Here you will find a list of states where I am licensed to provide telehealth services, along with the insurance plans accepted in each state. I am continually expanding my network, so more insurance plans will be added over time.
Many employer-sponsored and third-party administrator (TPA) plans utilize the networks listed here. If your insurance card includes Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, or First Health Network, I am often in-network.

Self-Pay Fees
Some clients choose to pay for services directly rather than using insurance. Self-pay can provide greater privacy and flexibility in treatment, as insurance companies often require a diagnosis and may limit the number or type of sessions covered.
If you prefer to use self-pay, my rates are listed here. I can also provide a superbill upon request if you wish to seek reimbursement through your insurance provider.
I am committed to transparency in my services. All session fees are clearly listed so you always know the cost upfront, with no hidden charges.
Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.
If you do not have insurance or choose not to use your insurance for services, you have the right to receive an estimate of the expected charges for services.
You can ask for a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling an appointment. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you may have the right to dispute the bill.

HSA/FSA
I accept Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards for payment. These accounts allow you to use pre-tax funds for eligible healthcare services, including therapy.
